Vikas Group is an investor in Brij Gopal Construction Company (BGCC), a civil infrastructure contractor established in 1999. The group has developed more than twenty retail malls and commercial properties across Delhi, including Vikas Cinemall in Shahdara, and operates Vikas Mall in Dehradun. Its hospitality interests include Crowne Plaza New Delhi Rohini and Radisson Blu New Delhi Paschim Vihar.
